Hello,
The site http://www.adambrowntennisacademy.com/ has an issue in that the MER plugin refuses to activate.
Customers reported not being able to do multi checkout and upon investigation the plugin was deactivated (I or no one else did this). I tried to activate, the page refreshed but still it didn’t work, I’ve uninstalled and re-installed and still loads as deactivated???
Please help – it’s frustrating customers!

Hi,
I viewed the source of your home page and noticed that you have two head tags in your page source. Can you try removing that, then trying the MER plugin again?

It’s possible you have an extra <head> tag hardcoded in your header.php file. If there’s only one <head> tag in that file, then it’s possible you’ve got something adding it via the wp_head(); hook.
I’m not certain that this is the source of the issue but it would be nice to have that fixed to be sure.

Ok, thats resolved that one. Now I have the issue MER vs 2.0.2 isn’t compatible with EE 4.9.31… why cant I update MER, promotions, calendar or WP users – it says I dont have a valid support licence but I do???
