Event Espresso license

I’ve checked my account and have my license key installed properly (green key shows) but I still cannot change my questions from the very basic and I’m prompted to upgrade v4 although I already have 4 which it tells me when I try to upgrade.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

I checked your site and it currently has Event Espresso 4 Decaf. The Caffeinated version has the advanced features including the additional question types. You can upgrade to caffeinated by going to your site’s WP Dashboard, then go to Event Espresso > General Settings, change nothing and click on Save. You’ll then be prompted to click an “Upgrade Now” button and you can click that button to run the upgrade to Caffeinated.
