Hi, I have been unable to find information regarding the EE-IS integration and what happens after the initial creation of the Contact/Order/Invoice.
We see Notes in the Contact in IS that will show multiple instances of changes…

Are changes to the registration in EE being updated in IS after the initial creation?
If we change the Name of the Registrant in EE, will this also change the name of the contact in IS?

Yes it will also change the name of the contact in IS.

Currently we have been changing the name in EE and have only noticed this has changed details in IS… even if the Contact was already in IS from previous events unrelated so big issue now unfortunately.
In the event of a change… should we remove the registrant and add another (which can happen a bit)… effectively just swapping one person for another.
We also use the Attendee Mover… is this updating IS?
Is there a way to add the names of all registrants to the Primary Registrant Contact Notes in IS… currently only the Attendee ID is added…. or the Order Notes in IS along with the RegID that is created currently.
can you point me to any outline of the functions of the integration… something that explains the full set of functions

Yes you can.
