Event Espresso Importer (EE 4.10.0+) Mapping Field issue

We are syncing registrations from Live environment to dev environment to pilot.
We are trying to Map CSV Columns to Event Espresso Data but dev environment doesn’t have enough options to map. We only have First Name, Last Name, Email and Amount Payment (screenshoot: https://prnt.sc/ulIyuX7z8r2L), lack of Address, City, Ticket Name and so on. Just checked Import screen on current live environment and it has full version of options ( screenshoot:https://prnt.sc/0_tuMFg2yrZE).
How to make option visible on dev environment to make import work well?

Can you go here https://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-espresso-importer-add-on/ and Download The CSV file with First name, Last name, Email address, Address, Phone number, and Payment amount

Then fill the sheet with your data.

But we also need to import ticket details, ticket name and other informations. Add on only works on First name, Last name, Email address, Address, Phone number, and Payment amount only? My CVS file has full version of data but cannot find enough options to match

In that case, you have to make them available in Registration form.

You can do that by going to your EE dashboard -> Registration Form -> Add new Question.

once you added all the question needed, once you import it, you will asked to map it accordingly.

but the mapping still only display some of them

Hi there,

It looks like you have questions/groups set up on the dev site that haven’t been created/setup on the live site.

The map only shows questions that are assigned to the event you selected.

Just shows all the (system) questions within the system, but on your dev site you have multiple question groups with question in each of those, each of these are separate question groups:

So in Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Questions.

Do you have ALL of the questions set up on both sites?

Then, in the Question Groups tab… do you have all of the same question groups set up on both sites? Then within each question group do you have the correct questions selected for that group?

(Matching question groups are not required for the importer, but I assume it is how you want it set up so now is the time to do it)

Then…. edit the event you are importing the registrations and make the question groups selected for both the Primary Registrant and Additional Registrants match on both sites.
