My VA says that she checked using the shortcode for event categories to put on events page and got this error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function espresso_paginationa() in /home2/donnpe/public_html/tamaradonn/wp-content/themes/beautiful-pro/loop-espresso_events.php on line 43

Please can you help. My website is tamaradonn.com and one event that doesn’t work is: http://tamaradonn.com/events/eft-online-supervision/

Both of these throw up same error message

[ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=mums]
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=eft]

Pus- the events urls from event espresso are returning a 404 not found error message.

I have got round this by creating an event page for each event and adding ordinary shortcode (just gives dates and booking) to the bottom of each page. BUT you should be able to add an actual event as a menu item as they each have their own slug…but it’s not working..

Hello,

It looks like some custom templates were previously added.

Try renaming the loop-espresso_events.php file located here by adding an extra letter or number to the file name.

/wp-content/themes/beautiful-pro/loop-espresso_events.php

loop-espresso_events.php –> loop-espresso_events1.php

That will set Event Espresso to use its default files instead.
