My Event Espresso uses Mandrill to send emails.
Is it possible for Event Espresso to email tickets to customers directly the normal way instead of doing it through Mandrill.
Please tell me how to do this?

Hi there,
When you write “the normal way” do you mean use the built in mail server? If so, it can be possible if the built in mail server is capable. Basically you deactivate the Mandrill plugin.
However, we’ve found that a transactional email service is much more reliable. If you’re looking for an alternative to Mandrill, we have a guide that includes some alternatives:
