After sorting it out, Newsletter does work only if you know exactly how to find…
Works but do not understand that after sending, looking into mailbox at user side it says the email is coming from WordPress – how and where can I setup to change it to companies name?
The only field I see is email adress from sender…

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Template -> Newsletter.

Then open the Recipient message type and view the ‘From’ field, what is set there currently? – http://take.ms/iQIwN

Hello,

It is using WordPress as there isn’t a sender name.

The default entry (https://cl.ly/2K1Y3R122R2L) for the FROM field for the newsletter message type is the organization shortcode:

[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL]

The above shortcode uses the organization name along with their email address.
