Hi guys,
I need your help. I purchased your plugin cause there’s simply nothing like it, but the moment I install the plugin it crashes my site. Can you please let me know what I can do, or whether you can have a look. This is very urgent. Thank you.

Hi,
The issue may be your WordPress site has hit its memory limit, in which case you can add:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256' );
to your site’s wp-config.php file.
This is only a guess though. To find the reason for the crash, you can edit your site’s wp-config.php file to activate WP_DEBUG mode. More info here:

Hi Josh, thank you for getting back to me. I tried adding the memory limit bit but it didn’t work. I then did the debug add and it gave me this error.
[02-Apr-2019 08:57:21 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /usr/www/users/webfuxnydf/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 1222
Does this mean anything to you and do you know how I can fix it?

Just to note for any future readers:
Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted
100663296 bytes is roughly 100MB, Josh’s code:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
(You’ll need the M at the end of the value)
Sets the memory limit to 256MB so its likely the change didn’t take, setting the PHP limit within php.ini (or user.ini etc) would have fixed this as it will increase the amount of available memory.
