Event espresso core plug in and decaf disappeared

In wordpress I do not see event espresso in the sidebar and when I go to view the plug ins they are the core event espresso 4 nor the event decaf plug ins show up. I logged into my c-panel and the plug ins are showing up in the back end. Please help. I am running the latest version of wordpress and DIVI 4.7.4.

Hi there,

You don’t need both Event Espresso 4 regular and Event Espresso 4 Decaf on the same site, regular is the full version and decaf is basically the same with less features.

By default Event Espresso will only sow up for administrators, so starting with the easiest to work from, are you logging into the site as an admin?

If so, log in and go here:

{domain}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings&action=data_reset

You should see a Reset Event Espresso Capabilities button, click that.

Do you see EE in the admin menu now?
