Event Espresso Charging incorrectly when you update the ticket price.

We have a setup where users pay an application fee. If they are accepted then the ticket price is changed to the tuition in half. Right before the start the ticket price is changed again to the full tuition amount. It works ok on the backend and in the thank you page https://www.ackerman.org/thank-you/?r_id=8431-55c133eeba08b

However in the bank, the system charges a new amount instead of the balance. For example I did a first 10 dollar ticket, then I changed the price to 20, then to 30 up to 60. The system would have charged me only 60 in total, not 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 totaling 210 in my bank account.

This is a headache with the clients to give chargebacks and to be always apologizing for the problem.

Hi Marcos,

I looked over the screenshots and I can tell you that the Paid application fee and Outstanding balance rows are not standard Event Espresso 3 Thank you page rows.

When they customized the Thank You page and the other made other related customizations to extend the basic Event Espresso functionality, did they fully test the system to make sure it works? I can advise checking with the developer that made the customizations, they should be able to resolve this.
