Event Espresso BROKE need help ASAP

We were running on Version 3.1.37.6.P and things were working. I deactivated that version and installed Version 4.9.53.p. After installing my connection for payments to Paypal no longer functioned. I reverted back to 3.1.37.6.P and payments are still not working. I need help ASAP. thank you

Can you provide more details on what was happening?

Which PayPal payment method were you using?

I reverted back to 3.1.37.6.P and payments are still not working.

How did you revert? Once you’ve migrated to EE4 you can just switch back to EE3 as there are changes made to the EE critical pages for EE4.

It looks like you have EE4 activated currently but do not have any active events?

We can help troubleshoot the problem and get EE4 up and running if you can provide more details on what the problem is, can you create an event on the site so we can view the problem?
