Is there 3d secure implementation on the braintree plugin. If there isnt is there any easy way to add this or any plans of having it added at some point.

Hi there,

Not at the moment, and no plans to add it. It’s not an easy thing to add. If you have a developer on your team they can follow this guide:

https://developers.braintreepayments.com/guides/3d-secure/client-side/javascript/v3

It may be best to first contact Braintree support first to see if your Braintree account configuration is compatible with 3D Secure. More info here:

Is the plugin made using braintree drop in (https://github.com/braintree/braintree-web-drop-in) or just using the guide.

I already use braintreee with 3dsecure. So everything is configured, its just event espresso I need to work with it

The EE4 Braintree add-on actually uses this:

Adding the code to the server is pretty straight forward. Its the client I am having trouble with. Is the client code eea_braintree_dropin_gtw.js?

I do not think so, or at least that’s not what Braintree refers to as the client code. I think what they call the client code is in braintree.js.
