Hi Guys, i’m wondering if anyone can help me with iMember360 and Event Espresso 4.4.8 on my wordpress site.

I’ve been using the two together successfully for a while now but all of a sudden i’ve realised that the two are conflicting to cause a blank white screen on all of my pages except event espresso critical pages.

It’s very odd and i’m not sure whats happening but i have definitely worked out that its EE and i360 plugins conflicting by process of elimination? Has this happened before? Is there something simple i’m missing because it used to work and I haven’t made any extensive changes.

Thanks.

Hi David, a completely blank white page usually means an error is occurring somewhere.

Could you temporarily turn on WP debugging using this macro in your wp-config.php file?

https://gist.github.com/848801a1173be464fbe7

It should replace any existing debugging macros.

Then browse to one of the pages that isn’t loading and you should see some notes on that page. Copy that information here.

If you don’t, then the next place to look would be:

/wp-content/debug.log

Then go ahead and set WP debugging back to false (i.e. change true in the macro to false and save changes).

Hi Lorenzo,

I’ve used the code in my wp-config.php but no information shows on my broken pages nor does it create a debug.log file?

What’s going wrong?

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Please keep WP DEBUG active while we investigate.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details and the clarification that “The conflict is between event espresso pages with fusion builder shortcodes inserted. It seems to white screen the whole website.”

I’ve examined your site and reviewed the themes builder (thanks for that) on a test site and I have not been able to reproduce this.

In fact, looking at your site today, the only issue I see is that the Cancelled page has been changed but does not contain the correct shortcode (see Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical Pages tab).

I cannot see any white screens of death on your site.

If this issue is still occurring please provide one or more exact locations that it is happening.

Also I could not check the files as the FTP server kept timing out.
