You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+) but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

I have had my key reset twice, but this error still shows and I cannot update plugin.

Do I need to uninstall Plugin and Re-Install after Reset?

Hi,

I checked into this and what’s happening is the update server is getting pinged by 3 different domains (2 are ip addresses, one starts with “learn”) using the same key. The key is good for updates on only one site. If you can remove the key from 2 of the 3 sites we can reset the key again and you’ll be able to update on one of the sites.

Ok my mistake the OLD host was still running. Can you confirm that you show ONLY one SITE now, and if so RESET…?

What I can do is reset now, and you can go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page in the wp-admin and hit the save button. After you do that you can head over to the WP admin Plugins page and run the updates.

Hi Josh – This worked perfectly. I appreciate your simple fix, and patience with OUR Customer Error. We updated and are working perfectly.

Great Plugin.
