Today, I bought the EE4 version mentioned in the topic title. When I try to upload the Zip-file into my plugin section in WordPress, the EE4 plugin is being installed. Once I try to activate the plugin, I get a white page and nothing can be changed anymore. Plus I can’t visit the website anymore. I can only undo this by deleting the file manually in FTP.
Can you please help me solving this problem?
1) Can you deactivate any other plugins to determine if there is a conflict with another plugin?
2) If no conflict exists, can you up the memory dedicated to php in WordPress? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php
Hi Hans,
You’ll need to reactivate the other plugins one at a time until the site blows up. Hint: if you rename the plugins directory to bad-plugins over ftp, reload WP, it will deactivate all the plugins. You can then rename it from bad-plugins back to plugins, go to the plugins admin page, and reactivate all but the plugin that caused the conflict.
