Event Espresso 4 – Apply. Payment/Apply Refund Not Working in Transactions

The Apply Payment and Apply Refund is not longer working in the Transactions Dashboard for any transaction. Please advise on solutions.

Hi,

Can you check the browser’s console for errors? Usually, there will be a specific JavaScript error message because the apply payment/refund buttons rely on JavaScript.
