Event Espresso: 1 event but many speeches

Hi,
I’m organizing an event that will have about 40 speeches from various companies, professionals, etc.

Visitors must register for the event but I’m thinking how manage speeches’s check-in. How I can do this? I would like that the visitor, after had checked-in at the reception with Event Espresso mobile app, maybe check-in in the various speeches/sessions.

Is it possible? How can I do that? 🙂

Hi,

The only way to do that currently, would be to create an event for each speech and thus a ticket for each speech, which would get unmanageable very quickly.

Currently EE isnt designed to revolve around events within events (which in someways is the sort of system you are trying here). We may look at this type of functionality in the future but it is not on our to do lists currently.
