Event Email Confirmation Receipt

When one person registers multiple people, only the person who registered the group gets a detailed confirmation email that shows the event and venue details. The other people only get an email saying the name of the event with no details. Is there a way to edit the email so that everyone gets a detailed email confirmation.

Yes, you can go to Message and edit the message you want to modify.

The primary register gets the “Registration Approved” Email Template. I can’t find the email template that is sent to the other attendees.

By default, they should all receive the Registration Approved message.

Can you add a screenshot of Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates that shows your Registration Approved row message template row please?

Not sure if you got the screenshots. I sent it as a private message since it contained information that I don’t want shown to the public.

Hmmm, strange.

Can you create a test event with a free ticket on so I can view this please?

If you set the event to be password protected and just add the password here it will stop others from registering onto it in the meantime.

As mentioned above, there is no “Registration Approved” Email Template for attendees. Can I take a look at it?

The issue is caused if attendees share the same email and it causes a chain. The first email in the chain will show all the details. All other emails in the chain will only show the 3 dots.
