I recently noticed a new issue with the Event Espresso – Event Editor. We are not able to duplicate or delete the datetimes as needed anymore. It appears that we can only duplicate or delete the datetimes now and there is one shared icon/button which changes based on if anyone has registered or not, where as previously there was a icon or button for both functions. Please advise.
We are using this version of Event Espresso: Version 5.0.7.p
I updated the Event Espresso core plugin from version 5.0.7 to version 5.0.8, however unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. Just to clarify, we were not missing the Duplicate button at the top of the Event editor next to the Permalink. It is small square “Duplicate datetime” and “Delete datetime” buttons in the “Event Datetimes” section that have changed and are not working as before. There used to be a separate Duplicate and Delete button in every row of the Datetimes, but now there is only one or the other button. For example, we are unable to delete some Event Datetimes and we are unable to duplicate other Event Datetimes.
Hi Tony and Rio, the event datetime’s delete and duplicate functions seems to be working better now and more similar before version 5. Each datetime row now shows both duplicate and delete buttons, if there are none sold yet. And the row only shows the duplicate button and not the delete button, if there are some seats sold.
So it appears the EE update from version 5.07 to 5.08 seems to have resolved the issue. Thank you for you help.
