Hello, I have an event set as Draft, but it is still displaying in my upcoming events widget. It has a category assigned to it, could that be the issue? Thanks

Hello,

Are you referring to the post that is related to the event? In the event overview, you can set the “Is this an active event?” to “No” and it should not show on the list, or the calendar.

Hey Jonathan,

I had the “Event Status” set as draft, applying “No” to the “Is this an active event?” worked – Thanks!

You’re welcome. I have tested this and also have “Draft” events that are showing in the list. I will inform our developers.

For now, as a workaround, you can use the “Is this an active event” option.

Okay, I am sorry about this. I was wrong.

If you are a logged in as the site Admin, the Draft events will show in the list, but if you log out, you will notice that the Draft events are not there. 🙂

So, this really isn’t an issue. Sorry for the confusion.
