The event is sold-out, but we still want it to appear. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted?
Also, we cannot update the plug-in because it says we need a support license key. However, that key is entered in the appropriate field. What do we need to do to get the updates?
Thanks Lorenzo. That new support key is working and I managed to update the plugin. However, the event still is not showing up on the calendar (it was already set to show expired). We also had a cancellation so the event is no longer sold out, yet it is still appearing as sold out on the back end.
Events that sell out automatically have their status updated to sold out. You would need to manually change this back via the event editor.
