Is there a way we can put the event details (the content of the post) inside the confirmation email?

Hi,

Yes, there is a way.

You go to edit the applicable email message templates in Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then place the [EVENT_DESCRIPTION] shortcode within the [EVENT_LIST] section.
