Event Datetimes, Venue and Slug information have gone missing from Events screen

Hi,

Shot Loom video to explain this. The Event Datetimes, Venue and Slug information have gone missing from Events screen for one user. The video shows the New Event screen but is also the same when you edit an event:

Was working fine until this morning but then suddenly changed.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

It could just be my eyes, but when you switch to the other user the browser scroll bar looks shorter (meaning a longer page) when you view the event editor.

The metaboxes are drag and drop so can you check if the Event Tickets and venue metabox has been dragged over into the sidebar on the right, possibly at the bottom.

Ah, awesome, nice easy fix.

The fields loading in the screen options was also a clue, if they weren’t loading at all for some reason then EE would normally remove them from the options too.

Anyway, any further issues just let us know 🙂
