Event Datetime – Not updating when I change – puts random date

I have added our date of the event in the event datetime and it keeps changing to a different date. I change and I update and then it reverts back to a date that I never had there.

Now, it is event changing the date again when I go to update and SAVE. How do I correct this so I have the right Event Datetime.
