We have received an admin mail with all booking details, except that the event date is missing. We’ve received a second such mail a couple of days later. I’ve looked at the code and the date is fetched from $data->attendee->start_date. Do you have any idea why that property could be missing while all other information is present? Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce this issue. This happened with the lates version of EE3.
Well, the event start date was missing from the attendees table in the database. And no, the registrations were not for the same event. This occured four times in about 1400 reservations.
Hmm, I spent some time running through registrations trying to reproduce this but say far I’ve been unable to.
It’s not something we have seen before, with EE3 sometimes users break their sessions and overwrite their previous registration, but that only happens with multiple registrations using the back button and would usually effect more than just the start_date.
Is there anything common between those 4 registrations? All within a certain time time for example?
Single registrations or did the users make multiple registrations on either a single or multiple events?
Have you made any customization’s to EE at all?
