Hi, using the event custom tables add-on… attempting to get the functionality right, however dealing with two issues:

1. all content is confined to a box that requires scrolling and wont display all content on page normally.
2. Layout is very odd, and too much space between info such as when: Where: Price:…

Here is a link to the page:
http://www.bestpaintingparties.com/upcoming-events/

Also, currently using following shortcode:
[EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW template_name=”calendar-table” change_title=”Upcoming Public Painting Parties” show_featured=”true” category_identifier=”public-events” show_expired=”false”]

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, wanted to mention… Also, I notice in the examples on the documentation page, you see a very nice date image as well, is it possible to incorporate this as well as the featured image of the event?

Hi,

1) Please check the shortcode that you added to the page/post. Check it in the TEXT tab as it looks like it has been surrounded by PRE tags. If so remove those tags and that should resolve the scrolling issue.

2) I think when number 1 is resolved this will resolve itself too. If not, please advise.

3) Right now it is either the date or the featured images. If you don’t mind editing the PHP of the template you could easily add in an extra column or change the placement and make them both appear.
