Event confirmation emails are not receiving by clients

and we are not able to receive confirmation emails after making the payment.

Let me know if you need our WP login details to fix this issue.

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages.

Can you see the ‘missing’ emails listed there?

If so, what colour status bar do they have? (The coloured bar next to each message)

The blue status bar to the left means the message is sitting in the queue waiting to send, looking at the times on your screenshot it looks like the cron to trigger messages isn’t running.

I say that because you have messages in the queue from hours ago.

Install the WP Crontrol plugin.

Then go to Tools -> Cron Events.

Does it show anything about WP_CRON being disabled at the top of that page in a notice?
