Event Checkout not working within WPLMS theme

We recently converted to WPLMS theme for our site where we were using EventEspresso. We have successfully created a new event and have setup the pricing and started testing. On the second page of registration, you fill in your name info, when we do this and click submit we get a popup saying that the first name is a required field but the field has been filled out.

Is this a known issue with EventEspresso in WPLMS? If so is there any workaround for this that will not cause the other features of the theme to be rendered useless?

There’s a Javascript error being thrown on the page which is most likely the cause of this – http://take.ms/Wwcau

If you temporarily disable the vibe course module plugin does the registration form work correctly?
