The Event Checkin tab in the registration section doesn’t appear to work. Is this because my event is in the future? Do I need an additional plugin to make it work?

Can you explain what you mean by it doesn’t appear to work please.
For example does it show an error message or a blank page?
After clicking the Check-In tab, are you selecting the event from the dropdown and clicking ‘Filter’?

Hi Tony,
I did select the events and see where I can “check” the box next to registrants name. But how to “save” the checkmark…are you supposed to hit the “apply” button?

When you click the check-in icons – http://take.ms/hc9cX
You are actually changing the status of the check-in.
X = no check-in record (never been checked in/out)
Ticket = checked-in
Empty checkbox = checked-out
If I click the checked in icon for the bottom attendee, it checks them out – http://take.ms/o3NH8
Refresh the page and the you’ll see the check-in/out was saved
