Event Cart Link shortcode not displaying

Hi there,

I installed the Multiple Event Registration add-on on the website, and it is activated, the button under registration forms went from “register” to “add to cart”, but I’m trying to use the [EVENT_CART_LINK] and this displays exactly like that instead of – what I supposed should be – a link.

The installation of the add-on is fine. Any reason why the shortcode would not be working?

Hi there,

Can I ask where you have seen [EVENT_CART_LINK]?

That’s not a valid shortcode which is why is just displays the text, we currently don’t have a shortcode to display a cart link.

[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK] is from EE3 and will not work in EE4.

If you want a link to view the cart you can just use:

{domain}/registration-checkout/?event_cart=view#checkout

I found the shortcode here:

But… ok so that won’t work with EE4. Thanks for the information.
