No, this is the correct page. I can’t figure out why this keeps happening. My client will periodically tell me it’s not loading. I go to the site and see that it isn’t loading. Then I go to see if the plugin may need an update and if needed I update it. I updated it today. Then I cleared the server and browser cache and refreshed the page. It was still not loading so. I submitted a support ticket.
Then support checks and it is working fine. This keeps happening and I can’t put my finger on what is happening.
You could check your server’s error log. Intermittent errors like what you’ve described could be the server hit a memory limit when the page didn’t load.
Also, you could check the browser’s console. Typically a JavaScript error somewhere on the page will halt all other JavaScript running on the page, which will affect the calendar.
