For one event we’re selling, the event app fails to include all the attendees. It doesn’t list them at all (neither “approved” or “unapproved”). The export excel file meanwhile shows everyone correctly and all the information is correct. So the discrepancy only occurs with the event app.
Upon further investigation, I notice that those names that are missing are the first ones who registered and it seems to cut these names off for the first 2 days of ticket sales. After that date, everyone is included correctly.
Any idea what might have caused this and is there a way to fix this?
Can you resend the form and include FTP credentials this time? We ask for the FTP credentials so we can add some logging to the JSON API requests. This is important.
Thanks that helped to be able to add the logging. So it turns out that on your event there are a number of archived tickets (where the price was changed at more than a few times after registrations were already made).
The registrations that you’re not seeing in the app are attached to the earlier, archived tickets. There’s a ticket that’s been assigned to the API developer and they’re going to make a change to the API that will allow for getting the expected results. The expected results being all of the attendees/registrations regardless of whether tickets were archived.
