[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] Works on site for Admin but not Subscribers

If logged into the website as an Administrator and register for an event then when visiting the page with the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] short code it will show registered events.

If logged into the website as a normal user and register for an event, then when visiting the page with the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] short code it is blank.

Ideas?

Hi there,

When you log in as a subscriber, are you registering using details that match the user account details?

Yes, If I log in using my standard user (subscriber) ID and go register for an event the name and email that comes up on the verification form is correct.

The registrations are also showing up in the Registration Checklist correctly.

Today I went through and turned off all the plugins but those from Event Espesso and registered with the subscriber ID again. The registration went through just fine. Shows up on the checklist, but when I go to the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] page it still just says “You have no events yet”

However if using an Administrative ID all works as it should.

May I ask is your WordPress site part of a Multisite network or is that a single site installation?

Can you go to Event Espresso > Registration Forms > User Integration Settings and check what’s set for the “Always sync contact information with WP user profile?” option? If that’s set to No, you can try setting that to Yes, then test a registration again with that subscriber account.

Just checked the “Always sync contact information with WP user profile?” status and it was already set to Yes.

Hi John,

We received the form but I’m afraid the FTP credentials you sent go to an empty folder on your server. Can you fix that so it goes to the wp-content folder on your site or resend? Also, I did check and the registrations are getting synced to user accounts (at least the user accounts I checked). Do you have the User ID of the user account that doesn’t show the events on the events page?
