If easier I can send over an email with a login to our site so you can see the issue firsthand.

Hi there,

Can you add the error being thrown in a reply please, the above doesn’t include it.

You can set your reply to private if preferred.

Hi there,

Whenever you navigate to a page to show the tickets purchased, what is the error you see?

The only type of error in your error log for Event Espresso is a notice, so not an actual error:

`
[11-Jan-2025 01:06:50 UTC] PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the event_espresso domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/customer/www/hemc.org/public_html/member/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
`

Can you give us the text of the error?

Are you viewing this page as your admin account or as a user account? Because to see the tickets purchased, you will have to be logged-in as that user.

Can you double check that the Event Espresso WP User Integration add-on plugin is active? From what I can see, that plugin is not currently active.

Thanks Garth! No idea how it was inactivated. I reactivated and we are back in business. Really appreciate your support.
