Hi,
I’ve an issue with the shortcode [ESPRESSO_GRID_TEMPLATE] not functioning on our site – I’ve the prerequisite addons/plugins installed and activated, but there is no functionality to the shortcode. Please advise.

Hi LisaP,
Can you elaborate a bit by what you mean by “no functionality to the shortcode”? For example is there a page on your website where you added the shortcode, and nothing is displaying? (a link would be helpful in this case if so)

Hi,
Thanks for the link. May I ask is the shortcode input within the page’s main content editor? Also, does the shortcode display if you add it to any other page on the website?

Hi Josh,
We’ve had to currently step around this issue – if you’re able to take a look and let me know, that would be ideal. I’d tried it across a handful of other pages during testing and it wasn’t functional.
Yes it was within the main content editor, in Display.
