ESPRESSO_CART_LINK Anchor BOLD???

How can I make the anchor text stand out? It says REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT but the font and size is the same as the rest of the text and its not highlighted as a link, so the user may not realize they can click on it. Would be nice if I could insert a buttton or something to make it obvious. Ideas?
