I have the Espresso-Ticketing plugin installed and activated. When I create an event I have the option to choose the custom tickets I have created. But when I test registering for the event (using Paypal Payments Pro in Sandbox mode), the tickets are not sent to the customer.
Can you check the email templates that generate the emails that go to the registrants? One of them will need to have the [ticket_link] shortcode so the email will have links to download tickets.
