Hey Markus,
Were there any updates performed on the website or to WordPress recently? Have you tried resaving your Permalink Settings to see if that fixes the issue?

Hi Markus,
Google reCaptcha checkbox looks like its failing, I’m guessing you have allow_url_fopen disabled on your server and that’s causing it to fail (the Checkbox recaptcha requires allow_url_fopen).
To config this is indeed an issue with reCaptcha, go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Reg Form Settings.
Set ‘Use reCAPTCHA’ to No and save, does it work then?
