Errors occurring during registration

Guests are receiving this message when trying to check out: “An error occurred: A valid Primary Registration for this Transaction could not be found.”

Please help as soon as possible, as many registrants are trying to check out and are not able to. Thank you!

Did the user leave the page open for a long period of time before registering?

If you check your servers error logs, do you see any issues with timeouts or memory exhausted error messages?
