Errors occurring during registration

Hello. Some of our registrants are getting a blank screen when selecting an event, or using a password to get into a password protected event. In other situations, they enter the password for the pw protected event and the page just reboots. The first five years everything went smoothly with our website and event espresso plugin. For the past 6 months we have encountered this and other related problems, mostly on our registrants end. Please help! Thank you!

Hi there,

If you check the servers error logs can you see any errors from Event Espresso around the time those registrations reported issues?

White screens would generally be fatal errors and they should show up error logs.

Any security plugins enabled?
