We have been plagued with this issue for several weeks. About 1 in 10 registrations end up with this error:

An error has occurrred:
The email did nt send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (staff@inpulsecpr.com) or “from” (staff@inpulsecpr.com) is invalid.

I thought it might be a server issue but have exhausted solving it with my webmaster.

When we get the error the students registration is showing pending payment yet payment when through. Often they are able to hit submit a second time and then it will charge them twice.

I will submit a paid support token so you can investigate further.
