We have a group of presenters who are currently registering for our event using a promo code to get a 25% discount. When they receive the “Registration Pending Payment” message, the link which directs them to “Click here to view your registration, download your invoice and make a payment” opens up the iwb.net.au/registration-checkout/ page but then gives the following error:
The following errors have occurred:
Your Registration and Transaction information could not be retrieved from the db.
Your Registration and Transaction information could not be retrieved from the db.
They are obviously in the system as we can view their registration details etc. Any ideas why the link is not working?
