Error: you have attempted to purchase x tickets…

Another of my sites is getting an error if a user tries to register for an event and picks any ticket time except for the first one. The registration limit is 1 ticket.

“An error has occurred
You have attempted to purchase 3 tickets.
The registration limit for this event is 1 ticket per registration, therefore the total number of tickets you may purchase at a time can not exceed 1.”

WordPress Version: 5.8.2

PHP Version: 7.4.25

MySQL Version: 5.6.41

Event Espresso Version: 4.10.17.p

Hi Lisa,

We’ve been investigating this and have pushed an update live (v4.10.18.p) which should fix this.

If you don’t see the update on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and just hit save to force a version check, the update should then display inn Dashboard -> Plugins.
