Error while creating a Custom Email

We are trying a custom email using shortcodes which are there in the shortcode box. But it is showing us Invalid. Can someone help! Here is a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/j9vycv

Hi there,

The event and datetime shortcodes actually need to be added to their respective sections.

For example, [EVENT_NAME] and [EVENT_DESCRIPTION] can be used within the [EVENT_LIST] section. Then you place [EVENT_LIST] within the Main Content section where you want the event information to display.

Another example, [DATETIME_START] & [DATETIME_END] can be used within the [DATETIME_LIST] section. Then you place [DATETIME_LIST] within the [EVENT_LIST] section where you want the datetime information to display.

You can click on the icon next to each section and a list of valid shortcodes for that section will display.
