Please see the screenshot which shows an error when trying to move an attendee from one event to the other.

Hi there,
That error means the attendee mover didn’t get an expected response from the REST API.
If you open up Chrome Dev tools or similar can you see any errors in the console section?

An error appears “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 414”

Hi,
Does your site have the iThemes Security plugin installed by any chance?
If so, you can go to Security > Settings > System Tweaks and check to see if the Filter Long URLs setting is checked. If that option is activated, it will cause the error you found. To fix, you unset that option.
