I currently have WordPress 3.5 running on our site. Before upgrading to EE 3.1.29.1.P, we were having issues with people registering for events. However, even after downloading and installing the newest version of EE, we are still having those errors. When we click “submit” after filling out the information for an event, we get a screen that says this:
Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/rcc/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/espresso-members.1.9/member_functions.php on line 182 and defined in /home/rcc/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990
It looks like you need to update your add on plugins – specifically the WP User Integration (Members) add on, but I would advise you to make sure any add on plugin you are using is up to date.
Thanks Dean. I have already updated to two plugins that showed up on my account page — Social Media 1.1.4 and Calendar 2.0.4. I also have the Members Addon 1.9 and SSL/HTTPS 1.0, which neither show there is an update available.
The error is pointing to Members 1.9. The current version of Members is 1.9.6. If you aren’t seeing an update in the dashboard, you may need to do it manually by downloading it from your user account and installing it through the dashboard.
