Hi there,

There are a few reasons that can happen, is this new or been happening for a while?

If I try adding a ticket to your event cart, then view the cart I can see the ticket. If I wait around 5-10 mins the cart is sometimes being cleared (which is likely what happened with the above error) but it doesn’t happen every time.

Any caching plugins on the site/server?

there was cache on server and i disabled it

now i get the image of GEAR turning for ever

it is this module that makes registration not predictable
W3 Total Cache (Fixed)
