Hi folks
We had an error when someone tried to register 3 people for one event. The error says at the bottom there is an invalid primary registrant, but it looked ok from our end. I’ve attached a pic of the error message.
Had the user ran any other registrations before the above?
Did they leave the above registration for a long period of time before finalizing the registration? (Select tickets and then come back to the page later)
If you look within the servers error logs around the time the registration was made do you see any error relating to Event Espresso?
