I did try to look on your site, and did test to purchase one of the event of yours and i didn’t experience that issue. Kindly send us the event that has problem. If you can shoot a video, we will appreciate that too. You can use loom.

thanks

Hi Rio, we don’t know which event triggered the error as it was automatically sent by WordPress via email. What other way is there to check what triggered the error?

Just an additional detail that may help with troubleshooting is that we have recently migrated our site and while doing that, hosting support has identified that there is a corrupted file. Please see pasted excerpt below. And how to check if file is corrupted and which one.

“I can see that the problem here is with a corrupted file located in the site’s configuration. It appears to be with the plugin “event-espresso-core-reg” .”

Hi there,

This isn’t from a corrupted file, if it was you would see it on every request within Event Espresso.

I’ve seen the above AdminListTableFilters class error happen when Event Espresso updates and the class is cached, it loads on the next page and causes the above error but then the class is then initialized on the next request and the above error is ‘fixed’.

If loading pages within Event Espresso is currently working you can ignore the above email.

I’ll create a ticket with our developers to see if we can prevent it from happening, however, it doesn’t happen for everyone so its difficult to track down and fix.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for the explanation. I’m glad it isn’t a corrupted file as reported by host. I have asked end-users to report if anyone is experiencing trouble registering for any events. Hopefully not but if that happens, I will report back.

Sure, please do let me know.

I’ve not seen that specific error outside of the site having just ran an update and it happening on the next request.
