I am getting this error when I updated to latest version of EE 3.1.28.P http://www.white-fox-bead-studio.com/classes/event-registration/?ee=136. How do I fix this? Warning: Missing argument 2 for event_espresso_price_dropdown(), called in /data/8/0/100/93/589582/user/601539/htdocs/beta/wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/registration_page_display.php on line 144 and defined in /data/8/0/100/93/589582/user/601539/htdocs/beta/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/functions/pricing.php on line 292 Warning: extract() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /data/8/0/100/93/589582/user/601539/htdocs/beta/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/functions/pricing.php on line 298

Hello Gail, Occasionally on updates we change some of the code in the template files. As such, you need to clear out your uploads/espresso/templates folder and optionally add the new template files there. BUT make sure you back it up as it may contain modified templates. We recommend a tool called DiffMerge which allows you to compare your potentially modified files with the old ones so you can find out what, if anything, has been changed and then you can recreate the changes on the new files. |

hi i am getting same error. please tell me what needs to be change? |
Irina, Did you try to deactivate and reactivate the plugin? |
|
|
yes, it looks like i only get it on free events.

Hi Irina, This line from the error:
indicates that there are older versions of that template in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates, so the new templates need to be copied over and re-modified, or removed from /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates in order fix this. Additionally, you can set error reporting to only be recorded in the server’s error logs, not displayed on the site: |

sorry i am actually getting this error on last page on registration: Warning: extract() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ETT\wp-includes\pluggable.php on line |
In that case, you could check for theme and plugin conflicts. The same advice would also apply about setting the error reporting to log the warnings, not display them on the site. |
